The JARD J82 is a modern semi-automatic .223 Remington bullpup rifle built to deliver exceptional performance in a compact, well-balanced platform. Designed and manufactured by JARD, the J82 combines proven AR-15 compatibility with precision engineering to create a rifle that excels in both recreational and practical shooting applications.
Built around widely available AR-15 components, the J82 is compatible with standard AR-15 bolts, firing pins, and STANAG magazines, providing shooters with outstanding parts availability and magazine compatibility. Its bullpup design reduces the overall length to just 28 inches while maintaining a full 20-inch barrel, preserving ballistic performance and accuracy in a highly maneuverable package. At only 7 lbs. 7 oz., the J82 offers excellent handling without compromising stability.
Every J82 is equipped with a factory-installed JARD single-stage 2.75 lb. trigger, delivering the crisp break, short reset, and consistent pull that have made JARD triggers a trusted choice among precision shooters. The rifle also features integrated Picatinny rails for optics and accessories, a rear QD sling attachment point, and a threaded barrel with a thread protector, allowing shooters to configure the rifle for their specific needs.
The J82 incorporates a unitized bolt, carrier, and recoil spring assembly, simplifying field stripping and maintenance while enhancing overall reliability. The J82 platform is designed with future expansion in mind, with additional caliber options utilizing standard AR-15 magazines planned for release.
