Good Trigger. Involved Installation.

The installation was a bit of a PITA in the particular chassis I have - the safety has just a slightly different design from the original trigger, requiring a bit more relief underneath. This, for me, required throwing my chassis on the mill and giving it that little bit of extra room. I expect this wouldn't be an issue for the original stock and/or could probably be done with hand tools without too much challenge but it would have been nice if it ended up being drop-in-and-go. That said, after I got to firing it, this thing is great! It's 'breath on it and it goes' light, which is what I wanted for this rifle. The safety is positive and, after a bunch of beating and bashing it about, I don't have any concerns, whatsoever, about the rifle discharging while the safety is on, or being put in a position where it will accidentally discharge upon the release of the safety. Along with the other upgrades to my rifle and the right ammo selection, I'm getting 1/3 MOA - 1/2 MOA pretty consistently now. I'm pretty happy with that!

Smooth

The installation with the OEM stock is as easy as it gets provided you have the proper tools for roll pins. You don't have to completely remove the pins from the receiver, just push them through enough to get the old trigger assembly out. The trigger is extremely smooth and for being single stage it is very consistent. The safety is firm to actuate but it is silent so the trade off is worth it for me, overall I'm impressed and it is a major upgrade over the cheesy OEM bladed trigger.

New Favorite!

What can I say, the price is right, the fit was right and the pull quality increased 10 fold! An added bonus for me was the safety is much smoother and quieter from Ruger’s original design. Highly recommend!! I plan to make this my new standard when building my precision shooters! Keep it up Jard and make these for every platform please!
