JARD, Inc. Limited Lifetime Trigger Warranty
All JARD triggers systems, assemblies, and kits are warranted by JARD, Inc. to be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. Under this warranty the obligation of JARD, Inc. is limited to the free replacement (to the original owner) of any part, which under normal conditions of use, proves to be faulty because of a defect in material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that does not hinder performance of the trigger, theft, loss, or deliberate damage to the trigger. In addition, JARD, Inc. will not be responsible for the results of misuse, neglect, corrosion, unreasonable use, improper or defective ammunition, unauthorized alterations, or normal wear and tear. In order to receive warranty service, the entire trigger system, assembly, or kit and damaged parts must be returned to JARD, Inc. To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact JARD, Inc. by phone or email. Shipping charges to the manufacturer must be paid by the purchaser. The warranty claim must be put in writing (to include your name, address, and phone number, the original invoice (if available), and the nature of the problem) and included with the shipment of the trigger system, assembly, or kit. Upon receiving the shipment, JARD, Inc. will review the warranty claim in accordance with the conditions aforementioned. If approved, the trigger system, assembly or kit will be accepted for warranty service at no charge and return shipping and insurance charges will be paid by JARD, Inc.
In the event that a warranty claim should be denied according to the conditions aforementioned, JARD, Inc. will provide communication to the purchaser with points in reference to the conditions violated that void the warranty. The purchaser may request repair service be done by JARD, Inc. at charge. Should repair service be requested by the purchaser after communication of void warranty status, JARD, Inc. will notify the purchaser of completion. Return shipping and insurance charges before or after void warranty repair service must be paid by the purchaser.
Limitation of Liability
The liability of JARD, Inc. for any and all losses and damages to the purchase shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the trigger system, assembly or kit; and then only if the trigger system, assembly, or kit is proved to be defective in material or workmanship. JARD, Inc. shall under no circumstances be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from negligence of JARD, Inc. or from negligence or misuse of the purchaser.
JARD, Inc. Limited Firearm Warranty

The use of non-standard, old, damaged, corroded, remanufactured, or hand loaded ammunition will void all warranties, expressed or implied.
